Order
All prices are in Singapore dollars and exclude any duties or taxes. Babybeans accept payment either through Direct bank transfer via POSB/DBS or UOB, or by cheque. We only accept cheques from Singapore Established banks. The Bank details will be furnished in the Confirmation email to you.

Shipping
We will usually take 1-2 working days to process your order. There may be occasions when it will take a little longer to process your order. We appreciate your understanding if this happens.

All our items are sent via SingPost. The postage rates are as follows:

We will not be responsible for lost in transition deliveries, therefore we strongly encourage you to opt for registered mail. Registered mail will be at an additional cost of $2.25.

Prices and Postage for international Addresses
All international orders will be shipped by Singpost registered airmail. There will be an additional S$2.20 applicable for the registered article. We accept paypal for international orders. There will be a surchage of 3.50% to cover paypal fees. You will be given an article number to track your item online.

We ship to most countres but there are some countries we are unble to ship to . They include AFGHANISTAN, CUBA, IRAN, IRAQ, KUWAIT,NORTH KOREA, SUDAN, LIBYA, SOMALIA, & SYRIA - due to import/export restrictions. We also do not ship to PO boxes for international orders.

Babybeans will make every effort to package your parcel carefully but we cannot be responsible for damages that occur during shipping.

You can have your order delivered by hand via local courier service, should you need a product urgently. We will advise you on the delivery charges separately. Delivery will be arranged during weekday business hours. No deliveries will be scheduled on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
